Memo No. 001 - When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Any orders placed after 5:00 PM CT will begin processing the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Memo No. 002 - What shipping options do you offer?
We currently ship via UPS and USPS.

Memo No. 003 - Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to make edits.
Please double-check your information before checking out.
Memo No. 004 - Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
Memo No. 005 - What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll review your claim and assist you with a replacement if approved.
Memo No. 006 - I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase — and only if they haven’t already been processed. Please email us immediately if needed.
Memo No. 007 - Are your products safe for sensitive lips?
Yes! All formulas are handcrafted with clean ingredients, chosen for comfort and safety. However, please review the full ingredient list on each product page before purchasing. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Memo No. 8 - When can I expect a response to my email?
We respond to all inquiries within 48–72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). We appreciate your patience as a small team!
